Community CPS Credit Union is Canberra’s largest home-grown financial institution. We’ve been part of the Canberra Community for over 40 years, during which time we’ve helped many local residents enjoy “Life without a Bank”.
The name Community CPS reflects our active role in the community we serve. Over the years we’ve supported a wide variety of individuals, organisations and causes, helping many to achieve their goals and as a result enhancing the community in which we all live, work and play.
Community CPS, like all other credit unions and banks, is under the jurisdiction of the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA). This means that like every financial institution, Community CPS must observe certain financial and professional standards in order to be licensed by APRA. In addition, Community CPS holds an Australian Financial Services License under the Financial Services Reform Act. We are committed to providing our products and services to you in a completely open and transparent manner.
The Community CPS BSB is 801-003.
