Menu Options

Web-Link’s Menu Options can allow you to perform a range of activities over the Internet.

• Account Information
  Account balances, transaction limits, interest earned and paid and cheque search function.
  
  
• Transfers and Payments
  Transfer funds within your membership, transfer to other Community CPS memberships and to BSB/Account Numbers at other financial institutions. Pay your bills using BPAY.
  
  NB: Maximum daily limits apply to some funds transfer options. Web transfers and payments made via BPAY may take up to two working days to clear.
  
  
• Loan Calculator and Payroll Split Information
  This option allows you to view your payroll split information and utilise a loan calculator.
  
  
• Personal
  Personalise your access code and access information from us.
  
  
• LOGOUT
  Allows you to logout of the system safely and securely to avoid unauthorised use.
  
  
• Help
  Your ‘lifeline’ to us. Send us an email and also access details on system security, browser information and the Terms and Conditions for CPS WebLink.

Enhancements and Improvements

Here’s some of the things we’ve done to make your life a little easier…

• Transfers to Other Community CPS Memberships and External Financial Institution Accounts
  You can now transfer funds to other Community CPS memberships and external financial institutions accounts, up to a daily limit of $5,000 without the need to pre-register the link to the other account.
  
  As long as you enter a valid account number, your transfer will be accepted. If you do need to transfer an amount of more than $5,000. Simply complete the relevant form and we will create a temporary link to allow you to undertake your transfer. In this way, we protect your account from any unauthorised large withdrawals.
  
  
• Messages
  From time to time, the Credit Union may leave an electronic message for you, within your Internet Banking system.
  
  
• Cheque Search
  You can search for a particular personal cheque that you have drawn as part of your member cheque facility, and find out the status of the cheque.
  
  
• Session History
  You can view a summary of transactions that you undertook during any Internet Banking session, to check that your transactions have been processed correctly.
  
  
• Download to Financial Software Packages
  You can now download your account details to one of several popular financial software packages, including:
  
  
  • MYOB
  • Quicken
  • MS Money
    
    
• Ability to Filter Transactions
  Within the “Transfers and Payments” option, you can filter “like” transactions, so that only a particular category or type of transaction is displayed.
  
  
• Ability to Change Your Account Names
  You can change the names of your savings accounts with Internet Banking. When you display the account of CPS Web Link, you will see the special name that you have given it.
  
  
• Contact Us
  You have the ability to leave an electronic message for the Credit Union, if you need to contact us, for any reason, and this can be done from within CPS Web Link Internet Banking.
  
  
• Loan Calculator
  Your Internet Banking package has a loan calculator built into it, for you to calculate loan repayments for any given loan.

New Funds Transfer Daily Limits

Effective 22 September 2003, the following daily limits will apply to funds transfer undertaken, using Community CPS’ Web Link Internet Banking facility:

• Transfer between sub-accounts within a Community CPS membership.
  
  
  • No daily dollar limit or requirement to pre-register.
    
    
• Transfer to another Community CPS Membership.
  
  
  • Up to $5,000 (per day) without prior registration or arrangement with the Credit Union.
  • If a transfer above $5,000 (per day) is required, the member will need to complete a request to temporarily increase this limit to an amount above $5,000 (per day) for a short term period (say 7 days) after which it will revert to the default of $5,000 (per day).
  • No need to pre-register for transfers to valid Community CPS memberships under $5,000 per day.
    
    
• Transfer to an external financial institution account
  
  
  • Up to $5,000 (per day) without prior registration or arrangement with the Credit Union.
  • If a transfer above $5,000 (per day) is required, the member will need to complete a request to temporarily increase this limit to an amount above $5,000 (per day) for a short term period (3 working days) after which it will revert to the default of $5,000 (per day).
  • No need to pre-register for transfers to valid external BSB’s under $5,000 per day.
    
    
• BPAY Bill Payments
  
  
  • BPAY Bill payments will be limited to $5,000 per day
