CPS are pleased to be able to offer members more convenient access to their finances through a range of Internet banking products.

CPS Web-Link is the Credit Union’s Internet Banking service. Through this service members can check account balances, transfer funds between sub-accounts on their membership and find out the amount of interest earned and charged in the current and previous financial year.

CPS members can also lodge loan applications through our on-line loan function. Simply click here to be transferred to the application form.

Internet BPay is now an integrated part of CPS Web-Link. Members can access BPay once they are a registered Web-Link user. With BPay members are able to pay bills via the Internet 24 hours a day. The BPay network has over 2300 registered billers, so the majority of bills can be paid without leaving the home or office.

BPay is also available over the telephone as it is integrated into the CPS 24 hour telephone service. Members who are registered users of the telephone services have access to telephone BPay, click here (pdf 296kb) to become a registered user of the telephone service. Registered users can dial 1300 660 66 to access their accounts and pay bills over the phone.

Secure Feedback is another of CPS’ online services. This service allows members to make inquiries about any aspect of their membership with CPS via a secure site.
