Branch Manager
The Credit Union currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated professional to lead a team in one of our sales/service outlets.
The successful applicant will have extensive consumer finance experience, a genuine commitment to service excellence, a proven track record in meeting sales targets and experience in work organisation and supervising and motivating a team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Running the branch as an autonomous business unit including the direct management of all income and expenditure items
- Building relationships and adding value to our member base
- Achieving service excellence and maximising the performance of the branch
- Ensuring compliance and security requirements are met
